I have irregular menstrual cycle for last 5 months.I lost 24 kg by diet, exercise and lipo.I maintained my weight for 3 months by doing exercises in gym but it one day I had an accident with scooty Doctor detect meniscus tear on back side of my right knee.In starting I took medicine I I gained 7 kg in 7 day I stopped medicine and took advice of another dr .He told me not to walk just do regular activity in side home. Day by day I gaining weight .I visited another dr he told me to walk for 2 to 3 km and take physiotherapy. Before I visited all dr told take physiotherapy. Now a day no pain in my knee still I'm going for physiotherapy.I also won achiever medal in 10 km marathon in Dec .Can I walk for 5km/day?pl help me to lose weight give me good healthy diet plan I will follow it.Thanks in advance.

Hi, Currently I am taking medicine for bladder spasm. The medicine Alfoo i am taking from 8 months and baclofen i have started. Now both this medicines has Side effects of headache, tiredness, vomiting, nausea, dizziness and might be some other.
