How to reduce weight
I am currently weighing 51.7kg and I'm 4ft 9inches. I've a sedentary lifestyle and I have Spina bifida- myleomeningocoel. How do I reduce my weight . Please suggest some exercises and quantity of food

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello - as per your height you weight is in ideal renge - start doing some excercise be active - have balance diet - avoid eating out and junck food - drink enugh water - sleep 6 to 7 hours. - take good amount of fiber
