You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me direcrly for customized diet plan for you.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Hello. When you eat right diet and exercise on a regular basis, you will lose fat from al over and definitely from the belly area as well. However, targeted fat loss like trying to lose just belly fat is not possible. With exercises, you can tone the muscles in abdominal area that also helps you get that lean look.
