I have high BP 145/105 and weight 91kg with 5feet 9inches height, for this I consulted with doctor. He gave me medicine(telma40,concor 2.something)also adviced to walk 30 min also maintain a diet chart as well as give me some test pp,ecg, ecocardiogram etc.I tested all and all are ok except triglyceride( 196mg) and pressure is now after taking medicine 130/85. So my question that can I do weight training and also do exercise with resistence band(basically work for chest workout)? My doctor didn't clarify that.

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class proteins (dairy products, eggs, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds. Walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Hormonal imbalances that can impede your rate of fat loss. Stay consistent & patient in order to achieve your weight loss goals. Kindly contact us for your issues & to get customised diet & workout plan.

It's important to note the cholesterol levels also Required, but above all according to my experience, as per my patient pool  you are taking sleep less than 7-8 hours, that may be the reason of blood pressure. R u taking common salt during meal, avoid it, without knowing your present hourly meal plan, how can I provide hourly diet chart to lower the Triglyceride level? Only resistance band doesn't work, but u should walk for 30mins. Pls specify your exercise details in order & chat directly in nominal token amount.
