I cant seem to lose weight.
I've been working out regularly for a month now and have limited my calories to 1500 per day. I'm 6'1 and weigh a 110 kgs. But there has been no effect what's over on my weight. What am I doing wrong?

Hello user, It is not that if you limit your calorie then definitely you will lose. Calorie is prescribed on the basis of certain factor. If you take more than that is will not effective Or if you take less than that then too also it is not effective. Secondly, only calorie will not help you to reduce weight ,you need proper balance diet, then you will get healthy weight loss. There are many reason of being overweight or obese . You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi It's never about the quantity, the limiting of calorie not only leads to weight loss, may be do for some time but then the weight loss stop. It's always a about eating a right food in the right quantity and right time. Also it's important to have a healthy balanced diet, so low calorie diet should be combined with super foods. I would recommend you should meet a Dietician/ Nutritionist for a personalized diet plan for weight loss. As u r doing something wrong. _____________________________ For a while u can follow following tips which may help u to some extent :         1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. It seems you have to make your weight to 84kgs max. You are doing good, just take plentiful of water, take food in shorter interval, but take small quantity diet. Don't ever fast it increase weight.
