My baby's birth weight was 2.3 kg...she is 6 years old n now her weight is 12kg ....water shld I do to increase her weight...

I am a 33 year old lady. I am a teacher by profession. I have been shifted to Tamil nadu and here in the school it is compulsory to wear a sari. I do not like to wear as I have excess fat in my sides which looks too bad. How do i reduce this side fat fast in 10 days, please suggest.
