Fruits are always good if taken at the snack tym in between your meals. A controlled portion of one fruit is good. After 7pm u can avoid taking fruits and rely on salads and protein exchanges to avoid late night hunger and binge eating.😊

Due to high in calorie & fibre, avoid watermelon at night, & after taking cucumber at night, walk is must for at least 10 min.
