Increasing weight
Since the time i started desk job my weight has been continuously increasing and reached 10 kgs more as compared to a year back, i controlled my diet started working out i lost some inches but weight remained same.I have iron deficiency also due to which my body use to swell some days after long hours of sitting. Suggest me what should i do.

Before prescribing diet plan I need to know proper information like urs medical history Family history etc. Take high fibre diet plan and do exercises. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods fatty food's processed foods. Drink water 16glasses daily. Early dinner before. Walking one hour two times daily.

Hi! You need to follow healthy balanced diet for weight loss. Weight loss is not a magic it's science it should be done under a expert guidance.And its not about just weight loss ,Its a lifestyle change which u can adapt for life long.          ___________________________ You must be doing something wrong in a diet and iron deficiency also very important to be fixed as low hemoglobin level may also stop the weight loss. For iron deficiency you can include  iron rich foods such as  rice flakes(poha), beet root , pomegranate , lotus stem, Bhuna Chana , fish, raisins ,kidney beans, fenugreek seeds,organ meat....                 _____________________ Some tips I would like to give u to increase haemoglobin are : # do not forget to include vitamin C rich food with iron rich , as it act as enhancer for absorption of iron . Example u can squeeze lemon over iron rich diets.... # Try to include poha  at least thrice a week and dont forget to squeeze lemon on it. # Include mixed juice of pomegranate , beetroot in your diet. # Try to replace sugar with jaggery as it is a rich source of iron. Or can also have  jaggery with your meals. # Avoid drinking tea and coffee immediately after the meal as they restrict absorption of iron from meal. # you can add methi leaves or bathua into flour you use to increase iron content of chapati. Hello, at this weight, you are in the middle of normal weight range for your height. So, no need to worry about losing weight further. However you need to take precautions not to gain any weight in future. For that, keep working out on regular basis as you are doing now and eat healthy food in portions that are necessary for you. Swelling may not entirely be because of iron deficiency. There are other causes like low protein intake as well. As your issue is too much serious as there symptoms should be recovered by proper guideline about customised diet plan. 80% customised diet & 20% customised exercise can make you fit within a month. Without guidance don't do any short of dieting, via YouTube or Google, it's too much harmful & can lead to anemia . Take sufficient water, add green leafy vegetables which are iron & vitamin rich. Adding Vitamin B3 or folic acid may increase your iron & calcium absorption . Add milk, egg whites. Do customised exercise or walk to avoid muscle cramp & sudden water loss.
