I'm very skinny for my Age 26. How to put some weight ??
Before that I want to know the reasons for not putting the weight . Is it due to metabolism or heat body?? Can I pls advise me, Dr??

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.
