Hi,
i've been trying to lose weight since 3 weeks and for that I'm following proper doet snd even workouts, but im unable to lose any weight or fats.
And since 2-3 months I've just had period for a day.
Is that a rason I ain't losing any weight?
Coz Im avoiding all kind of junk and sticking to a diet and even did keto diet.
So kindly help me with this.
