Vitamin B12

I got my Master Health checkup done in Sept 2018 and as per the doctor's advise I went for Vitamin B12 test on 8th Sept 2018. As of 8th sept 2018 my vitamin b12 score was 163. As per the instructions, I got the shots of Neurobion injection for b12 - 1 injection once a week for 6 times. I was also told I can have Folvite MB tablets for 3 months too. However, I went for shots for faster intake. Can you please tell me if it would be wise to go for injections (May be the weekly frequency of shots can be adjusted) or I should go for tablets. Weight reduction

I am 67kgs and would like to reduce weight for my height(155cms). My weight is mostly on the hips and thighs. I am in the IT industry and have a sedentary lifestyle and very less time to exercise.
