Hello Doctor,
I am 28 years old and in regular health checkup Serum Triglyceryde value is showing as 386 mg/dl. I went for 2D-Echo and ECG tests yestarday. Both reports are normal.
Could you please let me know how to reduce bad cholestrol and improve good cholestrol.

Feels drowsy and sleepy
I am 26 yr old, unmarried. My height is approx 5.5feet - 5.6feet and my weight is approx 83kgs. I have my exams in may-19 and nov-19 for which I need to study for approx 14 hours a day. I problem is I always feel drowsy and sleepy. I want to be energetic so that I can concentrate on my studies.
How can I get over this??
