I dont feel like eating jnspite of bejng hungry and even if its my food of likeing, also want to jst sit without doing anything and sleepy

Start your day with water to improve digestion . Eat any fruit . What are your exercises timings so that I can suggest proper plan accordingly. Weight lifting with high protein n healthy fats will be the nice way to get results . We need other details also like any allergy , family history , blood gp etc . Do some basic blood tests.Also I hope u r not suffering from depression which can also be a cause of loss of appetite. Meet a general physician and get a check up done.
