The minimum water intake for individual is 8 glasses and rest it depends on the activity level of a person.
Your Urine colour is the best indicator to know that you drinking good amount of water or not.
If its light yellow - drinking good amount of water
Dark yellow- you are drinking less water
If transparent- over hydration
