There is not such particularly fixed quantity . You should never feel thirsty as it indicates you are already dehydrated. water helps to remove toxins from your body n it takes care of your skin too . Second sip some water before an hour.chat directly for further query

During summer season, along with it also have plenty of other fluids like buttermilk, lassi etc. And also have foods that have high water content to stay hydrated. Hi The minimum water intake for individual is 8 glasses and rest it depends on the activity level of a person. Your Urine colour is the best indicator to know that you drinking good amount of water or not. If its light yellow - drinking good amount of water Dark yellow- you are drinking less water If transparent- over hydration If you wanna discuss further you can opt for a personal chat option.
