Weakness and muscle pain
From 2 days i feel weak. My legs are in pain nd muscles have also pain. I got ulcer on tongue as i think it is due to heat as from last 15 days i dont have proper lunch. And also my teeth has become whitish in colour and 2-3 month ago my hb was 8. I have habit of smoking and chewing tobacco. So suggest me is it problem related to nutrition or other reason. And if other reason kindly suggest me which type of doctor shoul i prefer. Thank you

Low protein diet
According to my blood reports I have been suggested for very low protine diet. But after my basic research I found, low protine diet is very difficult to be nutritional as well. I want even at low protine my diet will completely nutritional and balanced as well.
I have high cholesterol, uric acid 7.4 and SGPT 100.
please suggest me better diet option to stick.

Weight gaining problems
