U want to take a goof treatment

Iam 21yr old I have habit of pica from past 4years now I free form eating of pica items .......but that 4yrs I  eat so munch of raw rice and soil paper and pica items but now I leave all.....I visit pshychtrasttic doctor that doctor helps to  leave the eating of that  items but after leave all my skin completely dark and allergic and my teeth nerves pain over all body  balance defficult andavy fatigue...I visit skin doctor my b12 and face ferritin completely loss and physchitric doctor told me contact physician to treat iron zinc calcium deffiency treatment but what can I do no I don't understand please suggest me what can I do now iam waiting for your realplays...thank you

Dear Sir, I am 47 year old . (a) I have constipation and doctor advised me to take Crema diet. It is o.k. , I got improvement. But, is there a natural food that I can instead of Crema diet. Please send me a list of natural foods. I( I also took Dabur Isapgol and Prunes - and found them useful). (b) I am fat106 k.g. What diet should I have to take to reduce weight ? I have reduced carbohydrate intake. I take guava fruit and oranges and sometimes apples. Any other fruit.... I take oats biscuits... Any other packed food ? I take buttermilk, sugarless Bournvita, boost or Horlicks....Any other beverages ? I am taking vegetables - all vegetables. Please give a list of foods that I can take even if they are not available in India also... I walk around 4 kms a day... Thanks... Thanks...

Fat Reduction

I am 37, Male, Weight 94 Kgs, I want to reduce my weight. My daily activities includes total 1 hr of walk (4 times 15 minutes). I want to start diet. Started eating salads as Dinners. Breakfast and Lunch is normal as usual. I was looking for some fat burners online and came accross 3 products, which is there almost in all of them 1.Green coffee beans, 2.green tea extract, 3.garcinia cambogia. There are many products having Garcinia cambogia only. My query is 1. Is it safe to take these? doze? 2. Should all products be there or only garnicia is ok? what proportion? 3. It doesnt have side effect or gain weight again after leaving it? 4.Is it compulsory to exercise if taken these or Normal exercise 10-15 min at home is ok or need to workout heavy in Gym? 5.there are many cos with different prices, any co recommendation to trust on. Garcinia Cambogia??

Hi,  For weight loss i got many replies that only natural way is best way and no need to take any supplements. However my query is what about "Garcinia Cambogia", its said that it is made up of completly Natural formula. Is this also harmful? I was thinking to take 1 dose per day for 1-2 months just to give booster to my weight loss. then stop it. So will it gain weight again after stopping even if same diet continuous?

Hi Doctor, from September 2018 I am gaining my weight from 73 to now its reach to 82 ofcourse outside food is cause of these. But felt very tired and don't to do any physical activity.
