Hi sir i have recently undergone vitamin b12 test the result value is 277.8 Is it normal or low I have the vitamin b12 difiency or not

According to my blood reports I have been suggested for very low protine diet. But after my basic research I found, low protine diet is very difficult to be nutritional as well. I want even at low protine my diet will completely nutritional and balanced as well. I have high cholesterol, uric acid 7.4 and SGPT 100. please suggest me better diet option to stick. Thanks.

I have tried everything, from dieting to extreme workouts, but I notice very little to no changes. What do I do, I have issues regarding body image.

I am suffering from weight gain problem since long. I am around 6ft tall and my weight has been stuck in 55kgs for atleast three years. I go to the gym regularly and l am more or less efficient in exercises. I am not cheating in the diet as well nor do I smoke or drink. What might be the reason? Help
