Have plenty of fibre rich foods and include plenty of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Avoid outside food and processed foods. Since you have 5 months old baby I am sure you must be breast feeding. Since you have to lose weight where your baby's health should be not compromised we would want you to chat directly with us before guiding you head.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
