Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes. Increase your water consumption. Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals. Make sure that you do not overeat unnecessarily. Eat plenty of fibre rich foods and include plenty of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized weight loss  diet plan for you.

Hi According to your BMI you are falling in the obese category. When we are in the overweight category that is BMI is less than 30, we are just overweight but when fall In obese category then there are chances of many health issues in the body. I would recommend you to have weight loss with healthy diet and not at the cost of nutrition. Always remember lose weight in a healthy manner not at the cost of your health. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
