Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. For weight loss, avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar completely. Drink plenty of water everyday, increase your water consumption. Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Yes you can but i need more information like u r on medication or not Your current diet eating habits i need to check i will able to plan diet for you n  can give u diet counseling For now start doing exercise for 45 min daily Avoid junck food oily food Drini enough water Avoid outside food
