Around 25 days back went for Endoscopy which diagnosed H Pylori Infection . Took medicine for it and now feeling a bit better .However I am still Fealing stomach burn after I eat something which lasts for 10 to 15 mins. I need to know about the diet practise that I need to follow for breakfast , dinner and lunch particular north Indian food. A food chart would be helpful.

From past 1.5 years I have been facing heavy sleep after any meal, lunch breakfast or dinner. Earlier I thought it's normal to feel sleepy after meal but now it is increased, so thought to consult...
