Hair fall and nutrition
My Haemoglobin is 8.8 and creatinine is 0.50 mg/dL, HDL 33 mg/dL. I stopped having meat 2 years back. Recently 3 months back my hair started falling out in chunks. More than 300-500 strands a day. And has stopped growing in length too. I started eating lots of jackfruit and an egg a day since the last week. Is that enough? Is there other underlying problem?

Hello, HDL level is very low. Creatinine level is near to normal. And Hb level is low. Your hair fall is coz of iron deficiency anemia. That is low level of Hb. You need to have a balanced diet rich in iron, omega 3 fatty acid. When you have all these things in your diet your health issues will get resolved. And trust me it's nothing's very serious yet.But if you not start taking right diet then it can become worse if HB levels further drops down.  No need to jump to iron supplements it can be treated with right food. To guide you about your diet i need to know your details like your Height Weight Current symptoms if any Past medical history Biochemical parameters Family history Daily eating patternwith approx quantity & food habits Occupation Lifestyle Exercise
Next Steps
For further detailed diet plan contact me directly through Practo direct consultation.
