If you see your some levels are here and there then you should consult a doctor Or dietician or nutritionist for consultation.
As you cannot judge or conclude what is wrong in your body which is linked to the disturbed levels.
But I wanna give you one tip whatever issue comes up you try to fix with the diet and Lifestyle changes and when issue dont get resolved then go for a medicine.
