I am suffering from over weight since 2 years. My weight is 74 kg now and my height is 5 feet. I want to reduce 20 kg weight. How should I start my weight loss journey , plz help.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi! Get a medical check up done. If there's no underlying condition, 1. Start with some physical activity daily. A combination of cardio and strength is the best way. (gym not necessary). Make sure you do not sit for more than two hours. Walk around a little after every two hours. 2. Make sure you have protein source (lean meat/poultry/dairy/soyabean and it's products/legumes and pulses) and fiber (vegetable salads) in your lunch and dinner. 3. Have either chapati or rice in your meals instead of both. 4. Replace junk snacks with healthy ones like nuts, makhana, chana, rice puffs etc.

Hi You should start your weight loss journey but meeting an expert and learning why nutrition important during weight loss and taking a personalized plan. Never follow any random tips and random plans online as that may have harmful effect on your health and give you a temporary result which will bounce back after leaving.
