I am doing regular exercise like cardio n weights.. still my weight is not decreasing.. could you please suggest good diet with it which can help me to reduce weight?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals . Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please visit my profile for more information and diet plan for you.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. Avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar as much as you can. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Hello dear Exercise is required but a proper diet plays a very important role in weight loss. You must follow a well prepared diet plan according to your routine and medical history. Hi I can surely help you in losing weight. And I want to tell you it's always 70% diet and 30% exercise. From your question I can interpret that you putting entire burden on a activity and not following any diet. But I cannot plan your diet here without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history. I would recommend you to meet me for a 1 to 1 discussion with me so that I can plan your diet personalised way according to you. For a while you can follow following weight loss tips which may help you to some extent 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
