Can i take cod liver oil supplements to take more vitamin d3?nd is it ok to take cod liver oil as i dont generally eat fish in my diet so i was wondering

Can the probiotic drink Yakult be consumed first thing in morning on empty stomach? If yes, will the sugar content in the drink spike the insulin level ? When is the best time to drink Yakult to get maximum benefit. Or any other non-dairy probiotic suggestions are welcome please.

At what time should I take cod liver oil? On an empty stomach or after breakfast? I am using the capsules.

Im vegetarian and diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency. Blood test show 16ng/ml. From last year experience taking huge single dose of 60kIU per week or 20k 3 times a week causes me sickness. I.e get throat infection ...sinus and sleeplessness and huge anxiety. Get early morning awakeness 3am etc. Can't sleep properly. What is the way out..talking to local doctor they dont accept this issue ...

Amul pasteurised milk which comes in packet needs to be boiled or can we consume it directly ? What can be side effects of consuming such milk directly ? I have attached the image also. Please suggest whether boiling is required or not ?

I came to pune on april 26 last year. Soon when rains arrived, i got sick continuously 5-6times(cold and cough), then suddenly my i started feeling weak n got fainted at places so i consulted doctor at Ruby Hall where i went through blood tests and my WBC count was less so she gave me vitamin syrup. It wasn't helpful though so i started takimg fruits on daily basis nd improved my condition. After that i went through medical abortion which again made my body weakest.. I recovered that too. But now, again i had diarrhea where i had simultaneous vomitting and loose stool even if i had a spoon of ORS. Then i got admitted to a hospital which charged hell lot of amount and gave me IV solution. I got myself discharged from der as soon as i found my condition is better. But now again rain,'s approaching and I fear that phase of getting sick will repeat. I do all i could to control this but even if someone sits beside me and sneezes i get infected. I can't take this all over again.Please help.
