Hello i am on my ketogenic diet and its my 5th day and when i counted my carbs its came upto 60-65 grams...!! Its says i have to consume 50grm of carbs is it ok to consume 65 grms of carbs..and later i will cut it low

Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. This procedure is slow but long lasting.
