For getting stamina take protein rich diet milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu, almonds, etc. Add fruits like papaya, lemon juice,, orange juice in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add exercise and walk early morning
