So i was suffering constipation (soft stools but had ti strain ) so i took GUTCLEAR powder one teaspoon with one teaspoon of purolac syrup after which in the next morning i went 3 times to the toilet First time ,watery diarrhea(without smell) *Second time only water which was foul smelling * Third time also water only with foul smell Now ques is - Why the foul smell came in the second and third time when no stool was there only clear water was there ???
