Protein and Indigestion
I'm vegetarian and looking to attain some muscle mass. I'm lean and to balance my protein intake I take 1 scoop of protein powder daily (22 gms). But I see whenever I take protein or a protein rich diet like rajma, paneer or grams etc. I experience bloated stomach and I frequent lavatory. My food doesn't get digested well. What's my problem? Belly fat reduction
I'm 27 years old female. I exercise regularly, try to avoid junk food but do have it once in a while. My height is 154 cm and weight 47. Overall
I'm thin but I do have belly fat which is difficult to get rid of .
