For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Hi The best easier way to lose weight is to follow a diet according to your likes and dislikes. See limitation of calories is a need for losing weight but it should be according to your lifestyle and healthy manner. I can surely help you in losing weight and giving You a diet which you can like and enjoy and it seems easy to you. But I cant give you any diet plan without one to one discussion about your likes and dislikes, about your eating habits, your medical history and your vitals. So I would recommend you to have a one to one counselling session with me and I can give you personalized diet plan. For a while you can follow following  weight loss tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow up personalized plan 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. Hi, Weight reduction is gradual process, and it varies from person to person. Every month how much weight will reduce will depend upon many factors, like height, present weight, types of diet and exercise are following and other factors. You should follow a balanced weight reduction diet which contains good quality protein, more fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates. It will be good if you do exercises 30-40 minutes in regular basis as exercises help to burn fat mass.
