Dear sir
I don't eat fruit more since feel hungry after some time ,only.if major health issues than have fruits like illness etc
But have nice qty of sabji(vegetables ) needed in 4chappatis or more at times
Vegetables also.differs daily
Have IBS too..
So whether in terms of vitamin requirements it makes any difference if you dont have fruits regularly since else have proper diet and misc food including junk food in evening and snacks too...
Whether in IBS if u have both time vegetables and chapatti is sufficient for proper bowel habit and vitamins and minerals requirements
Eating fruits is hardly once in a while

Less Vitamin D and weight Not increasing
I had tested for vitamin D 1.5 years back and it was 4.5 . When I sit for sometime my legs starts getting little numb, sometimes my necks pains if posture of sitting is wrong, when I hold my daughter for sometime back starts getting numb like sensation.. also my height is 5'6" inches and weight is 58... my body weight does not increases easily even if I take proper diet and exercise..

Nutrition plan for a day
Dear sir/ madam , good evening. I am 34 yrs. Presently I am suffering with mild sinusitis. Some times suffer common cold. Though I have planned my own diet and nutrition plan by watching videos on youtube.it is like,
I took hot water with lemon after I wake up.
Next breakfast is sprouts (not much) with
4 soaked almond nuts and 3 kaju.(all taken at the same time)
Everyday I drink 4 ltrs of hot water sometimes mix with pure termeric powder.
Small piece of
carrot,
beatroot,
One gooseberri,
One egg,
One seasonal fruit,
Lunch (rice) with almost days dal and leafy vegetables ( with garlic and ginger),steam inhalation weekly twice or thrice because of common cold (sometimes),
Rarely nonveg like chicken and fish,
20 minutes expose to sunlight,
Dinner also rice,Two cloves before sleep.
I take/do all these on each and everyday except nonveg.
If I continue the same plan for a long time will there be any side effects to me?
Please suggest me if there is anything wrong with my diet plan.

Vitamins related query
Being a student and staying away from parents, I do not get proper nutritious food. I have started working out. I consume protein shake and recently started with primrose oil. I want to stay fit, have good muscle strength and glowing skin but I am unaware of the vitamins intake I should have and for how long. I have switched to a healthy meal like having ragi chapati instead of normal wheat flour, oats and dates, dry fruits etc. But my fruit intake is very rare.
So it'd be really helpful to please provide me with a solution or if I could acheive the same with normal diet.
