Hi Vinit, As per the details of your height your weight should be in the range of 50-60 kgs to be in the reference range of BMI that is 18.5-22.9 for Asians. BMI 18.5-22.9 is an indicator of health calculated basis your height & weight. If you will weigh 50 kgs your BMI will be 18.9 still in the reference range and not the underweight category, but slightly above it to normal. As you feel light & more comfortable in that weight I suggest you first focus on reducing weight & then building lean muscle mass so even if you weigh 55 kgs it will be more of muscle and less of fat. Body composition also plays an important role in defining how healthy we are. If possible you can get it checked so it gives you an idea of your body fat percentage, muscle percentage, visceral fat, body age, etc. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account all your required details. This helps in analyzing the gap areas & correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be of help - 1. Set in a routine for sleep, meals & exercise 2. Never skip meals & eat balanced meals 3. Incorporate protein rich foods such as dals, pulses, sprouts, low fat dairy, lean non-veg in every meal 4. Ensure intake of two fruits throughout the day preferably mid-meals 5. Drink 2-3 liters of water to stay well hydrated 6. Exercise daily for 45 minutes 7. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk food, processed & packaged foods, etc

Your BMI at 65 kg is - 24.6, it’s within normal range but on higher side. If your weight will is 50 kg your BMI will be 18.9, still normal range but just above lower limit. Better to keep around 55 - 56 kg.
Health Tips
Fat percentage is more important than your weight.

Hi Vinit. 50 kg for your height would be underweight. You are about 5-7 kg overweight. However there are many factors that need to be considered for an appropriate guidance.
