I am lossing weight but i havw few doubt
Hi, I am 32 year old female I have hypothyroid since my childhood started thyroid medicine when I was 14 years. I was always a chubby girl from my childhood, I used to do walking in my school days and in college days after I started working I was unable to do any no activity was there till March 2020, I was 67 kg in FEb 2020 and was looking very fat so I decided to lose my weight and I started my workout in March 2020 I do walking,jogging , squats,jumpingJacks,plank,running crunches and high keens for 1 hour and I st arted loosing weight in July my weight was 60 kg I lost 7 kgs , I don't have any diet I am an average Eater and non vegetarian but I don't eat non veg much, I don't eat mutton I eat chicken but very moderate like 2 pieces that too monthly once or twice and I love fish. But after that my weight is not getting reduced and I have to push myself to do workout. I some time couldn't workout for 3 to 4 days will this increase my weight? tHow do I keep my constant weight? Advice

Hi its great that you have lost weight in the most healthy way.  Now it seems you have reached a plateu and to keep the weight off you need to keep gradually increasing the work out intensity or duration or both. The diet you eat also should be monitored carefully.  Stay on low carb , and low fat diet.

consume plenty of vegetables and fruits.  avoid sugary foods. snack on  healthy roasted makhanas and nuts.

Hi It was good that you are doing a workout but for weight loss, diet also need to be maintained so that along with weight loss your micro nutrients will not get diminished. It seems now your body has reached a plateau so you need to have a customised diet and proper guidance for exercise also.

Hi, I would like to congratulate that you have lost weight by doing exercise! Still you should know, to reduce weight, one should follow a balanced diet and exercise simultaneously, because exercise helps to burn mass and  a balance diet helps to maintain muscle mass which may loss during doing exercise. There is a weight limit after which rate of weight loss will be stagnant and at this stage one should minutely follow diet and exercise in different way to get results. If you follow a daily routine of doing exercise, body will be used to it, but if there is any changes for 3-4 days, it might be little affected, specially in muscle flexibility, so better to maintain the regularity. You should follow a balanced diet which contains good quality protein, more fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates.
