I am 32 year old female I have hypothyroid since my childhood started
thyroid medicine when I was 14 years. I was always a chubby girl from my childhood, I used to do walking in my school days and in college days after I started working I was unable to do any no activity was there till March 2020, I was 67 kg in FEb 2020 and was looking very fat so I decided to lose my weight and I started my workout in March 2020 I do walking,jogging , squats,jumpingJacks,plank,running crunches and high keens for 1 hour and I st arted loosing weight in July my weight was 60 kg I lost 7 kgs , I don't have any diet I am an average Eater and non vegetarian but I don't eat non veg much, I don't eat mutton I eat chicken but very moderate like 2 pieces that too monthly once or twice and I love fish. But after that my weight is not getting reduced and I have to push myself to do workout. I some time couldn't workout for 3 to 4 days will this increase my weight? tHow do I keep my constant weight? Advice
