We want to start taking vitamin Tablets , for vitamins like B,C,D etc. in this covid situation, please suggest tablet names with dosages for age groups 15 + to 65

These vitamins are micronutrients that means they are required in very small quantity by the body and you can slowly cover up with the diet.
Yes for the Vitamin D you can take a supplement and for that you can contact your family doctor or any other doctor.

Best food sources of Vitamin B
1. Whole grains (brown rice, barley, millet)
2. Meat (red meat, poultry, fish)
