High uric acid and phosphorus
Which fruits can be eaten if uric acid (8) is high (without symptoms) and phosphorus is slightly elevated (4.6)
Can I add pear, blueberries, peach, plum and red grapes to the diet?
Or
Sweet lime , pomegranate , oranges , cherries.
Since phosphorus is also little elevated I am not able to find the correct fruit that should be added to everyday diet.
Please suggest.

Is it safe to take lumia 60k for 1/week for 8 weeks
