I m 21 year old height 185cm weight 80kgs. Dear doctors suggest a good dietary food for healthy living. As change in lifestyle is effecting health. My eye strains a lot. Hairs tend to thin. Please suggest a diet plan.

As per your height and age, your weight seems to be ok. Since you are normal weight, a single consultation with me either online or offline will be enough. You can see the difference in your health within one month of following our diet routine. Very difficult to give a generalized diet. Diet chart needs to be personalized. To plan exact diet chart we need to know your daily eating pattern, likes, dislikes and lifestyle.
