Hello dear Your blood reports shows that you are  consuming lots amount of animal protein with higher content of oil in food. Due to that you also feeling of heaviness and tiredness. For this you have to balance out the whole meal so that you will reduce some weigjt and side by side your lipid profile will be better.

Hi, Lipid profile can be corrected by improving your lifestyle with a balanced diet, exercise and sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Include foods rich in fibre like Leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, sprouts etc. Add methi seeds before lunch and dinner, Flaxseeds early morning. Avoid fried, bakery sweets and confectionary items, Red meat, Organ meat.
