Balanced diet plan

I am looking for a low energy balanced diet plan(vegetarian*) which must typically include all necessary vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber etc. required by body on daily basis. It would of great help if one can tell me the quantity of nutrients required for a/any balanced diet. As I am vegetarian I am finding difficult to meet daily protein(lean source) requirement.
