I have I have recently started exercising and I have pains in my body also little tiredness. I stopped eating non vegetarian completely including egg due to my skin condition so in order to to recover from the daily walking and jogging I do and I also get very little sleep so I need a natural supplement which would help me to attain fitness and help me build some muscle instead of looking lean.

Include almonds, walnuts, peanuts, milk products like paneer, soy products, combination of cereal and pulse in all the meals to get better protein. This will help to gain muscle mass.
For sleep chamomile tea and milk during bedtime with a pinch of turmeric and pepper can be taken.
