I'm a college student, who is living in the college hostel, I'm not sure I'm getting enough nutrients needed for my body. Because food here is not that filling and nutritional. So should I take some multivitamin tabs or not? Also since I came here to live in hostel my I've had several health issues like cold and diarrhea and some body pain and tiredness. So what should I do. Should I take some supplements like multivitamin, if yes which one ? And if not then what should I do ? Please help. Thank you

Generally students will face deficiency of certain nutrients in hostel. You can take a good multivitamin. If you are eating out other than hostel watch out for the cleanliness as that can also cause diarrhea. If you want to discuss in detail consult through practo with me online.

No supplement/ med has to be taken without the prior consultation of doctor. Plz consult some Physician & let him all about your health. On his advise take the med/ supplements. Thanks
