Hi, Can you consider walking to your college? Or maybe practising yoga for 15minutes daily. 150minutes of exercise per week is recommended for your age. Eating lesser calories but a balanced diet with all nutrients is necessary for your condition, seek help from a professional. Keeping yourself stress free and happy also aids in weight loss. Weight loss will also help in reducing Arthritis pain by reducing pressure on the joints. Your ideal weight is 62kgs.
