Hi I want to start taking supplements since I ve been feeling like I've got no energy at all and many nutrition are lacking in my food too. I'm thinking of taking Omega 3, can any one take this supplement without any consultation? What other supplements are highly advised for women to take?

Hi, Fatigue can be related to iron deficiency. So if you are starting omega 3 instead of starting iron this will not work. Please provide lab reports to understand the type of deficiencies, then go for supplements
Next Steps
take the appointment to ha e the proper list for dietary changes. Synthetic supplements comes with the pros and cons. but natural food will not give you such stress.
