Tablet 1: combination of carbonyl iron, folic acid, vitamin B12 and zinc sulphate
Tablet 2: multivitamins, multiminerals, antioxidants, folic acid and biotin.

Just make sure not to eat iron n calcium supplements together as both these interfere with each others absorption
Rest is fine tablet 2 take in night
Tablet 1 take in morning
