My daughter has thick hair but now.her hair are losing luster and shine and some looks as if they will turn white quickly.
She eats all veggies and fish n meats and not a fussy eater. She loves fruits but doesn't eat dry fruits but I give her dry fruit laddoo which she eats sometimes.
