Hello, I am an office professional, minimum sitting hours is 10-11 per day.
I am over weight by almost 30 kg.
Due to 24*7 working schedule I don't have any fix routine for my food or sleep.
Please help me reduce some, I need that to plan my family.

Recently My wife went through C section delivery. Alomost 3 months earlier. She almost lost 15 kg in 10-15 days from delivery date .

Hormone issue and weight loss
Hi , my self tejaswi , i am bank employee my age is 30 and height is 5.6 and weight is 99kgs , and recently ( one week back) had tested thyorid positive,I am suffering from backpain fron past 5 years ( L4 & L5 section)...my problem is I work in night shifts for 2 years ( evng 4 pm to mid night 2 am).. which resulted me weight gain and heavy backpain..from past one year I am working in day shifts but still I am unable to set my sleep plan...
Recently I have attacked with covid ..after that my condition became worse ..always feeling tried, weak, hardly no sleep..so on self I tested thyorid which got positive and my period always delayed this month so consulted doctor she said these are signs for PCOD and need to loose weight. But I am unable to walk for 10 to 15 mins also due to this backpain I am unable to do workouts as well.
Request you to advise me the tips to overcome the weight problem and regularise my periods as well.
Note : married for 4 years and no children.
