Eating so much
I delivered my second baby 3 months back. After 1 month of delivery I started eating too much. I eat food two times a day in much quantity. My baby is completely on mother's milk. Please suggest. Am I going to be obesity person.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
