I do workout on a daily basis in Gym. I take one scoop of whey protein in a single day along with my diet. I have hypothyridism.
Can i add creatine monohydrate supplement in my diet. Is it safe considering my thyroid.
If yes please tell me how many grams of creatine per day is safe and should I increase by water intake.
I am 26 yrs old having 77kg weight.
