Hi vitamin A is 900 micrograms for you.. Good source of vitamin A.. cheese. eggs. oily fish. fortified low-fat spreads. milk and yoghurt.

The recommended dietary allowance for  retinoid vit A is around 900micrograms per day for a healthy male. Good food sources of retinoid vitamin A include: Eggs, Whole milk, Liver(of meat), Fortified skimmed milk and cereals. Plant sources of vitamin A (from beta-carotene) include sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, and apricots etc.
