I am having server acidity and gas.. eating simple food.. my weight, bp and sugar going done.. what should I do?

I was diagnosed COVID positive and was on oxygen support for 3 weeks. Now it's been a month post discharge from hospital. I've been following a healthy diet by eating home cooked protein rich food and fruits only. Is it ok to eat outside food like pizza or burgers very rarely to satisfy my cravings? Pls advise. My mother  who  is 55 years old got Laparoscopic cholecystectomy five days back as she was having multiple gallbladder stones. She has been taking diet of Daliya, Dal,Khichdi ,Nariyal Pani and juice since then. How long should she ideally wait before she starts taking chapati and rice and vegetables in her food. Recently I have developed a allergy towards sour foods, specially when i consume foods made out of tamarind. Tamarind tastes very sour and I am unable to eat whereas all my family members eat the same food. I would like to know what changes are developed in my body for particular sour taste. The same is for lemon too but I can manage eating/drinking lemon based foods. I am only unable to eat tamarind based foods.
