Malabsorption of B12
Am a meat eater but yet the body is not absorbing B12 Vitamins. I used to take B12 dosage couple of years before as suggested by doctor. Now I am facing insufficient of B12 in the body. Could you please suggest me which would be the best B12 vitamin tablet in the market.

At first find out reason what main cause insufficient of b12 ,may be constipation ,unhealthy gut or other issue so b12 not absorbed by gut . So follow diet for healthy gut than ur b12 will be increased . Connect me through practo u will get good result definitely.

Good morning , Vitamin B12 easily absorbed in our body , if you  regularly follow any medicines can  effect the vitamin B12 absorption ( , or else if you have any issues like crohn's disease , gastrectomy procedure these affect your vitamin B12 absorption . You first need to identify which problem to reduce your absorption. Must identify the issue  then ,you can add any form like supplements  or foods .
